Journey to Relaxation

I have to say that the Journey to Relaxtion was very nice.  I found that it was a way to decompress from the studying that I have been doing.  A way to help clear my mind and now I can refocus on what I need to get done. I have a feeling that I am really going to enjoy this class.  That I am going to learn alot and become a better person for it.

A statement that I have to live by is: Trust your crazy ideas.  To me this means that you just trust any of your ideas, whether you think they are "crazy" or not.  You never know what may come of them and it will be a way to live your best life.

  1. Hi Stacey,
I totally agree with you that the relaxation exercise was a great way to step away for all the stress of studying and homework and take a moment to reflect on what needs to get done. After the recording I felt rejuvenated and ready to get things done. Not sure if this could be related to the relaxation exercise, but the next day my muscles were very sore. From my experience it may be a sign that I need to relax my muscles more. I think relaxing is very important and people need to make time for it (including myself) our bodies and minds need that period of time to relax as well.
Live life as if it were your last!
    Great post

  2. Hello Stacy! That relaxation exercise was wonderful, I felt so good afterwards. We do not take the time to "stop and smell the roses" anymore, always in such a hurry with so much to do. Living our best life is taking the time, even just 10 minutes, to do something like this on a regular basis. Our bodies, mind and spirit will thank us!
    Hope this finds you well,
    Kristy
