Journey to Relaxation

I have to say that the Journey to Relaxtion was very nice.  I found that it was a way to decompress from the studying that I have been doing.  A way to help clear my mind and now I can refocus on what I need to get done. I have a feeling that I am really going to enjoy this class.  That I am going to learn alot and become a better person for it.

A statement that I have to live by is: Trust your crazy ideas.  To me this means that you just trust any of your ideas, whether you think they are "crazy" or not.  You never know what may come of them and it will be a way to live your best life.

Introduction

Hello to the blogging world,

My name is Stacey and this is all new to me and I am hoping that I will do it right.  From what I understand this is a place where I will be able to speak my mind, whether that includes thoughts or feelings.  I know that I am a analytical type person.  This would be the reason why I am taking a class on creating wellnes in the mind, body and spirit.  I feel that this will help me be a more well rounded person.  Plus I know that if you can expand your life in anyway it is always for the better.

About me:
I grew up as an Air Force kid.  We generally moved every three years.  It was an experience that I know helped shape me into who I am today.  I have a feeling that if I lived a stationary life, I would not be who I am today.  I am 37 years old and I live in Denver, CO.  For me one of the best places to be.  So much to do and see, it also allows me to work on living the life that I want to live.  I have a calico cat who is 9 years old, she is my child.  I am also an Auntie to several nieces and nephews, I love it.  I am currently working on my Bachelor's degree in Accounting with an emphisis in Forensics.  If everything goes as planned, I will be graduating May 2013.  I would say that it is poetic that I am graduating with my Bachelors next year because it will also be my 20 year high school reunion.  It may not have been completed sooner but at least it is getting done.  Must pace myself.    I am pretty open with just about anything.  If you have a question, just ask.
